New windows in your second home, even when you're not in Spain
Many homes around Jávea, Moraira and Dénia belong to owners from the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Germany and elsewhere who spend only part of the year here. Replacing windows from abroad sounds complicated. It doesn't have to be: with one point of contact, written agreements in Dutch or English and a few practical arrangements, the work can be done while you are away.
How it works
First contact by WhatsApp or video call
Send us photos of the windows and tell us what you have in mind. If it helps, we go through it together on a video call.
Measuring visit
We measure every opening precisely at the house, with you there or with someone who has the keys.
Written quote in Dutch or English
You receive a clear quote with materials, finish and timing. Once you agree, we ask for a deposit and order the windows.
Installation
The windows are made to measure and delivered straight to the house. Our fitters install them on the agreed dates.
Completion with photos
When the work is done, we send you photos of the result. The balance is paid at handover, as agreed beforehand.
Practical points
Keys and access
Someone needs to let us in for measuring and installation: you, a neighbour, a key holder or your property manager. We agree on this in advance.
Community of owners and urbanisation
In apartments and some urbanisations, changes to the façade may need approval from the community of owners. Check early, because approval can take time.
Permits
Whether you need a permit depends on the municipality and the work. We tell you up front what is needed.
Timing
Windows are made to measure, so production takes a few weeks. You can have the work done while you are away, or plan it around a visit so you see the result in person.
One point of contact, from a distance
From the first message to handover you deal with the same people. We coordinate the fitters and suppliers, so you don't have to arrange anything from abroad. For a first idea of the budget, see our prices page, or read about windows in Jávea, Moraira and Dénia.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be in Spain for the work?
No. Someone needs to give us access for measuring and installation, but that can be a neighbour, key holder or property manager. We agree on it in advance.
In which languages can we communicate?
In Dutch or English. Quotes and agreements are always confirmed in writing.
How do I know the work has been done properly?
When the work is finished we send you photos of the result. You can also plan the handover around a visit.
Do I need permission from the community of owners?
For changes to the façade of an apartment, or in some urbanisations, possibly yes. Check with your community or its administrator early, because approval can take time.
