Montgó Projects handles your details with care. Here is a short summary of what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), location, project type and message. We also record the page you sent the form from and, where available, the advertising campaign that brought you to the site. Your request is sent to us by email through the form service FormSubmit.
Why
We use these details only to reply to your request, arrange a consultation and, if you wish, prepare a quote.
Legal basis
Your consent, given via the tick box on the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep your details no longer than needed to handle your request. If no order follows, we delete them at the latest 12 months after our last contact.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your details, and you can withdraw your consent. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
